Shipping Policy

PLEASE NOTE THAT SHIPPING DELAYS ARE IN EFFECT

All orders will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days after they are placed unless otherwise stated. At times, there may be delays in processing and shipping due to COVID-19, holiday seasons, new collection/product releases, or sale events.

We ship primarily via USPS and UPS.

Keep in mind that once your order is marked as shipped with an estimated delivery date, Create With Bri is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact USPS or UPS directly for information on your tracking status or if there are any issues regarding postal service and package delivery. 

Unless otherwise stated our standard shipping policies are as follows:

DOMESTIC U.S. SHIPPING

Our standard shipping + handling rate for orders under $160 is $9. (Estimate Delivery Time 3-5 Business Days).

We offer FREE shipping for orders that are equal to or greater than $160 (Estimate Delivery Time 5-7 Business Days)

Customers will receive an email notification once their package has shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We provide limited international shipping via USPS (Estimate Delivery Time 7-21 Business Days). Shipping costs may vary based on size and weight. A list of countries we are able to ship to are listed here.

There may be additional duties/tax or related fees that apply to international orders. Please note that these fees are the responsibility of the customer. Any additional fees imposed by the shipping carrier and custom agencies are not paid by Create With Bri.

Please note: Some USPS International Shipping can only be tracked within the U.S. Once your package leaves the U.S and enters the recipient’s shipping country, the package enters its national domestic system.
