Return Policy

To insure you are receiving quality items, all products are inspected for major defects and must pass our quality control requirements prior to shipping.

Our hope is that you love your Create With Bri products, however, in the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a 7 day return policy on unopened/unused items. Meaning, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to post mark unwanted unopened item(s) to be eligible for a refund.

Our return policy is valid only on full price physical items. It excludes digital products, customized products, sale and/or clearance items, and items listed as FINAL SALE.

To initiate a return, email us at info@createwithbri.com informing us of your intent to return with your order number and reason for return. A member of our team will be in contact with you, sharing next steps to process your return within 3-5 days. Once approved, mail your item(s) to the return address listed below. Upon receipt, we will process a refund of the purchased item(s) minus the shipping costs. ​​

Returns must be received in their original unopened condition. Returned items that have been used, tampered with, have missing pieces, or that are not in the conditions in which they left our facility are NOT eligible for a refund. Which means we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these standards.

Return shipping is payable by the customer unless otherwise specified. We recommend using a prepaid, traceable method to ensure safe delivery. We take no responsibility for missing parcels without proof of delivery.

Please note that uncontrollable minimal manufacturing imperfections will NOT be considered grounds for return, nor will general wear and tear over time and damage caused by neglect or misuse.

What to do if you received a faulty/wrong item?

  • If you have received a faulty item or the wrong item, please email our support team at info@createwithbri.com for further assistance.
  • Products will be eligible for a refund or replacement if they involve a major manufacturing fault or if the incorrect product has been received.
  • A product is considered faulty or not acceptable quality if: (1) It is unfit for use due to major manufacturing defects, (2) It is significantly different from the description, or (3) It is received with significant damages on arrival.

If a free shipped order has a return and the return reduces the original order below the free shipping threshold of $160, shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount prior to refund.

Create With Bri does not provide prepaid shipping labels for returns.
